The Bible is the inspired and written Word of God. There is one, true Godhead comprised of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All are co-equal and co-eternal. Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He arose from the dead and later ascended to heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty. Salvation is the gift of God to man through faith in Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses all who believe on Him from sin and that it is by His blood that they are redeemed. A person’s first step toward salvation is seeing the need for a Savior that brings them to repentance. It is necessary that every man and woman be born again, and when the new birth is fulfilled, eternal life is produced. Water baptism is a total immersion in water for the believer which identifies him with Jesus Christ in His death, burial and resurrection and is a direct commandment of our Lord. Baptism in the Holy Ghost is a gift and is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. Divine healing for one’s physical body is the result of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Tithe and offering should be freely given to the local church which is a place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word. Jesus will return for His Church (I Thess. 4:16-17) One who physically dies without accepting Jesus Christ is eternally lost and, therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. |
